基于稳压开关电源原理,采取斜坡补偿措施提高了Boost变换器的稳定性,从而获得一种升压型电源电路。针对脉冲激光器的特点,又提出两种正向施密特触发器,从而对输入的脉冲信号进行整形,以适应其中的电磁环境。对此升压脉冲整形联合电路进行的测试和实验表明,该电路具有输出电压可调、抗电磁干扰能力较强、紧凑可靠的优点,为脉冲激光照射器和测距仪提供了实用的电光调Q驱动脉冲输入级和供电电源。
Based on the principle of regulated switching power supply, taking slope compensation measures to improve the stability of Boost converter, so as to obtain a step-up power supply circuit. For the characteristics of pulsed lasers, two positive Schmitt trigger are also proposed to shape the input pulse signal to adapt to the electromagnetic environment therein. Tests and experiments on this pulse shaping integrated circuit show that the circuit has the advantages of adjustable output voltage, strong anti-electromagnetic interference capability and compactness and reliability, and provides a practical electro-optical adjustment for pulsed laser irradiators and range finders Q drive pulse input stage and power supply.
