白细胞介素（ＩＬ）－１５是ＩＬ类新发现的一种细胞因子，其介导的生物学活性需要ＩＬ－２受体复合物成分。它通过诱导淋巴细胞的增殖、分化和发育，诱导自然杀伤细胞和淋巴因子激活杀伤细胞的细胞活性，诱导细胞毒性Ｔ淋巴细胞活性，而体现抗肿瘤效应，本文对此方面的研究进展作一综述。
Interleukin (IL)-15 is a newly discovered cytokine in the IL class, and its mediated biological activity requires the IL-2 receptor complex component. It induces the cell activity of natural killer cells and lymphokine activated killer cells by inducing proliferation, differentiation and development of lymphocytes, induces the activity of cytotoxic T lymphocytes, and manifests anti-tumor effect. This article reviews the progress in this area. .
