通过三体磨料磨损试验对三种耐磨堆焊层的磨损性能进行了研究。结果表明,在焊材成分及试验条件基本相同情况下,三种堆焊层的磨损量都随载荷增加而上升,随磨损速度增加而降低;经低温回火后,三种堆焊层的磨损量都比焊接态明显上升,随载荷和磨损速度的变化规律与焊接态相同;三种堆焊层磨损机理类似,但药芯焊丝堆焊层耐磨性能明显优于焊条堆焊层耐磨性能。
The wear properties of three kinds of hardfacing layers were studied by three-body abrasive wear test. The results show that the wear amount of the three surfacing layers increases with the increase of load and decreases with the increase of wear rate under the same welding consumable composition and test conditions. After the low temperature tempering, the wear of the three surfacing layers The volume and the wear rate of the surfacing layer are obviously higher than that of the welding layer, and the change law of the load and the wearing speed is the same as the welding state. The wear mechanism of the three surfacing layers is similar, but the wear resistance of the surfacing layer of the flux cored wire is obviously better than that of the surfacing layer .
