目的了解长期接触低浓度苯对工人白细胞的影响,为有关部门的管理提供依据,促进企业改进生产工艺,改善工人的作业环境。方法依据国家有关标准、规范的要求对苯作业环境进行检测,对接触苯作业的工人进行体检。结果从工龄、行业、防护用品的使用方面比较苯作业工人白细胞检查结果,经统计学处理表明其差异具有统计学意义。从性别方面比较苯作业工人白细胞检查结果,经统计学处理表明其差异无统计学意义。结论通过对某区苯作业工人白细胞检查结果分析,家具制造业、10年以上工龄、未使用防护用品的工人白细胞检查异常率较高。
Objective To understand the effect of long-term exposure to low concentration of benzene on workers ’leucocytes, to provide the basis for the management of relevant departments, to promote enterprises to improve production technology and improve workers’ working environment. Methods According to the requirements of relevant national standards and norms, the working environment of benzene was tested, and the workers exposed to benzene were examined. Results The leukocyte test results of benzene workers from the aspects of service life, industry and the use of protective articles were compared statistically. The statistical analysis showed that the difference was statistically significant. Benzene workers from the gender comparison of white blood cell test results, the statistical analysis showed no significant difference. Conclusion By analyzing the leucocyte test results of benzene workers in a certain area, the abnormal rate of white blood cells examination in workers in the furniture manufacturing industry for more than 10 years of service and without protective products is relatively high.
