为适应社会主义有计划商品经济的发展需要,邮电企业迫切需要系统的、适合邮电行业特点的市场理论的指导。许多邮电经济理论工作者已经着手探讨这一问题并取得了相当进展。本文拟就这一学科体系的建设谈谈自己的一管之见。(一)邮电市场学的定义、研究对象及基本内容市场学是引导商品和劳务从生产者到达消费者手中的一门科学。邮电市场学的定义,应从其作用、目的、性质等方面来概括。笔者认为:邮电市场学应该是引导用户使用邮电通信业务以最大限度地获得社会效益和企业经济效益的一门科学。
In order to meet the needs of the development of a planned commodity economy in socialism, postal and telecommunications enterprises urgently need systematic and market-oriented guidance that is suitable for the characteristics of the post and telecommunications industry. Many postal and economic theorists have started to explore this issue and have made considerable progress. This article intends to talk about one of our own opinions on the construction of this subject system. (A) the definition of the postal market research, research objects and basic content Market science is to guide the goods and services from producers to consumers in the hands of a science. The definition of post and telecommunications market should be summarized in terms of its role, purpose and nature. The author believes that postal market should be guided by the use of postal and telecommunications services to maximize the social benefits and business efficiency of a science.
