微格教学在留学生儿科实习教学中的应用

目的:探讨微格教学在留学生儿科实习教学中的应用和意义。方法:选取2017至2018年于中国医科大学附属第一医院儿科实习的英语国际班留学生作为研究对象,随机按照期别将学生分为实验组和对照组,每组各40人。实验组儿科实习课上采用微格教学法进行授课,对照组采用传统的教学方法。实习结束对两组进行技能考试和调查问卷,并对结果进行统计学分析。采用SPSS 17.0进行统计分析,计量资料用n t检验,计数资料用卡方检验。n 结果:对技能考核成绩进行分析,对实习课满意度评分进行分析。实验组技能考核成绩为(89.05±3.49)分,对照组成绩为(78.05±3.9)分,差异有统计学意义(n P<0.05)。实验组在巩固理论知识、提高临床能力、教学方法实用性和激发学习兴趣四个方面的评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(n P<0.01)。n 结论:微格教学法可显著提高留学生儿科临床实习教学效果,提升留学生对教师及教学内容的满意程度。“,”Objective:To explore the application and significance of microteaching in the teaching of pediatric internship for foreign students.Methods:The English International students in 2017 and 2018 in the pediatric internship were selected from The First Hospital of China Medical University. The students were randomized into microteaching group and control group according to the internship phase, with 40 foreign students in each group. The microteaching method was used in the clinical practice of pediatrics in microteaching group, and the traditional teaching method was used in the control group. After the internship, these two groups were tested by skills operation and questionnaires, and the results were statistically analyzed. SPSS 17.0 was used to conduct n t test for measurement data and chi-square test for counting data.n Results:The score of skill tests in the experimental group was (89.05±3.49) and that of the control group was (78.05±3.9), with significant differences (n P<0.05). The evaluation of the experimental group in consolidating theoretical knowledge, improving clinical ability, practicability of teaching method and stimulating learning interest were better than that of the control group, with statistical significance (n P<0.01).n Conclusion:Microteaching in pediatric clinical practice for foreign students can significantly improve the teaching effect and improve the satisfaction of foreign students on teachers and teaching content.
