为改善传动轴激光焊接起始点凹坑、裂纹等缺陷,提高其焊接质量,本文提出了激光焊接功率缓升缓降叠加工艺研究,分别对传动轴起弧点和收弧点进行了功率缓升、缓降以及缓升缓降叠加试验研究,分析了焊缝宏观形貌、显微硬度以及扭转强度。结果表明:当功率缓升缓降时间为0.3 s时,焊缝起弧点和收弧点凹坑明显改善但存在未焊透段,缓升缓降叠加后焊缝成形质量较好,焊缝区显微硬度和扭转强度都明显高于母材,各个方面性能显著提高,更能满足恶劣环境下的服役要求。
In order to improve the laser welding start point pits, cracks and other defects, to improve the quality of welding, the paper proposed a laser welding power ramp-down superposition technology research, respectively, on the drive shaft and arc-closing point of the power ramp , Descending and ascending and descending superimposed experimental study, analysis of the weld macro-morphology, microhardness and torsional strength.
