报告结合国际、国内背景,对绿色经济和低碳经济的发展机遇、绿色和低碳经济建设的理论方法和技术进行了详细分析。同时,报告指出减物质化、管理效率、社会需求、生产方式、生活方式、消费方式、培训教育和绿色就业是绿色转型系统的关键。报告结合腐植酸产业特质,提出了具体指导方案和解决措施,并建议成立“腐植酸绿色低碳产业联盟”。
Combining with international and domestic background, the report provides a detailed analysis of the development opportunities for green economy and low-carbon economy, theoretical methods and technologies for green and low-carbon economy. At the same time, the report pointed out that the key to a green transformation system is materialization, management efficiency, social needs, production methods, lifestyles, consumption patterns, training and education and green employment. Report combined with the characteristics of the humic acid industry, put forward specific guidance programs and solutions, and suggested the establishment of “humic acid green low carbon industry alliance.”
