我厂加工HQ-140、HQ-141、HQ-340型载重汽车离合器装置上的分离拉臂,由于工件毛胚有拔模斜度,且外形不规则。过去φ25底孔一直采用平口虎钳找正加工,存在着:孔不易找正、生产效率低、劳动强度大、质量不稳定等问题。针对以上问题,我们设计了一套如图所示的凸轮反剪式自定心夹具,此夹具定位夹紧可靠、操作方便简单、结构零件少、满足设计要求,从投产两千多件的实践证明,产品质量非常稳
