为提高冷镦模的使用寿命,我厂试验了一种锻热复合处理工艺,可获得细化碳化物的良好效果,提高了冷镦模具的使用寿命。用Cr12MoV钢制造冷镦模具,有的直接车削成型,根本不作预先处理;有的一次锻打成型。研究证明,要使Cr12、Cr12MoV钢能获得良好的强韧性,必须进行预先处理,以改善其碳化物的形状、大小及分布状况,获得超细的金相组织。图1是φ50mm的Cr12MoV钢料金相组织,其碳化物偏析和粗大颗粒是比较严重的,若将这种钢材直接制成模具,淬火回火后其碳化物偏析和大块颗粒仍然存在,使用
