对深井取水泵运行状况和存在问题进行了分析,对几种解决问题的方案进行了比较,从中找到了解决问题的具体方案——切削取水泵叶轮。本文在对叶轮切削量进行计算的基础上,提出了采取不同取水泵叶轮直径组合,根据不同用水量的变化需要,运行相应直径叶轮的取水泵方法,以实现最大化的节能目标。该文最后对方案实施后的效果进行了总结和说明。本文对离心泵工作点的确认,是通过比较精确的特性曲线方程计算的,精确度较高。
The operating status and existing problems of deep well water intake pumps were analyzed. Several schemes to solve the problems were compared, and the specific solution to the problems was found - cutting the intake pump impeller. Based on the calculation of the cutting amount of the impeller, this paper puts forward the method of taking the water pump with the corresponding diameter impeller according to the different needs of different water consumption in order to achieve the maximum energy-saving goal. Finally, the article summarizes and explains the effect after the implementation of the program. In this paper, the confirmation of the operating point of the centrifugal pump is calculated by the more accurate characteristic curve equation with higher accuracy.
