企业的创新能力是如今创新型企业管理者所关注的一项重要指标。在目前我国劳动力成本不断提高、大规模低端制造业竞争力逐渐降低的情况下,如何认识企业家个人特质对企业创新的影响,以引导更多对市场和整体经济有益的创业者加入经济转型的大潮中,是需要给予重视的一项重要内容,需要研究人员在理论方面不断深化研究。西方过往的一些研究将视野集中于已受过良好教育和熏陶的个体创新上,对个体特征对企业创新影响的机制做了一定的研究。本文以此为基础,引入我国的市场背景,探索企业家个人特质与企业创新能力的内在机理,从实证研究的角度对我国企业中,这些变量相互影响的情况进行了分析,提出研究可以参考和依据的模型,完善了相关课题在我国的研究,也为创业者的实践提供了可以参考的信息。
The ability of a company to innovate is an important indicator of the concern of innovative business managers today. At present, under the circumstance that the cost of labor in our country is increasing constantly and the competitiveness of large-scale low-end manufacturing industry is gradually decreasing, how to understand the influence of entrepreneurial personalities on the innovation of enterprises in order to guide more entrepreneurs who benefit the market and the economy as a whole to join the economic transition The tide is an important part that needs to be given attention and requires researchers to continuously deepen their theoretical research. Some studies in the past in the past have focused their attention on individual innovations that have been well-educated and nurtured, and have done some research on the mechanism of the influence of individual characteristics on business innovation. Based on this, this paper introduces the market background of our country, explores the intrinsic mechanism of entrepreneur’s personal traits and enterprise’s innovation ability, and analyzes the mutual influence of these variables in Chinese enterprises from the perspective of empirical research. Based on the model, improve the relevant research in our country, but also for entrepreneurs to provide a reference for the practice of information.
