结合某厂连铸机的实际生产条件,对宽厚板坯连铸结晶器的锥度进行优化。采用有限元法,计算了板坯在结晶器内的温度场分布和收缩规律。讨论了拉速、过热度等工艺参数对温度场和收缩规律的影响,并在此基础上对结晶器锥度进行优化:液面附近120~300mm区域采用较大锥度,液面下300~900mm的结晶器下部采用较小锥度。与工厂实际生产情况对比,显示该分析结果非常接近实际,证明了计算结果的正确性。
Combined with the actual production conditions of a caster in a factory, the taper of the continuous casting mold for wide and thick slab is optimized. Finite element method was used to calculate the temperature distribution and shrinkage law of slab in the mold. The effects of process parameters such as drawing speed and superheat on the temperature field and shrinkage rule were discussed. Based on the above analysis, the taper of the mold was optimized. The taper was 120 ~ 300mm near the liquid surface, and the height of 300 ~ 900mm The lower part of the mold uses a smaller taper. Compared with the actual production of the factory, the result of the analysis is very close to reality, which proves the correctness of the calculation results.
