甘氨胆酸(CG)是胆汁酸的主要成份之一,测定肝病患者血清CG浓度,可以帮助估价肝功能。本文收集我院1992年1月到12月用放射免疫分析法检测的210例肝病患者和10例非肝病患者血清CG,现报告如下。1 材料与方法病例来源:(1)非肝病组,10例同期住院的非肝病且肝功能正常的病人。男女各5例,年龄8~48岁。(2)肝病组:根据1990年全国病毒性肝炎学术会议修订的诊断分型标准,210例中急性无黄疸型肝炎(急无黄肝)18例;急性黄疸型肝炎(急黄肝)85例,男60例,女25例,年龄6至74岁,平均26岁;慢性迁延性肝炎(慢迁肝)26例;慢性活动性肝炎(慢活肝)49例,男40例,女9例,年龄25至68岁,平均33
Glycocholic acid (CG) is one of the main components of bile acids. Determination of serum CG concentration in patients with liver disease can help evaluate liver function. This collection of our hospital from January 1992 to December by radioimmunoassay of 210 cases of liver disease and 10 cases of non-liver disease serum CG, are as follows. 1 Materials and Methods Case Source: (1) non-liver disease group, 10 cases of hospitalized non-liver disease and liver function in patients with normal. Five men and women each, aged 8 to 48 years. (2) Hepatopathy group: According to the diagnostic criteria of the revision of National Viral Hepatitis Symposium in 1990, there were 18 cases of acute jaundice-free hepatitis (acute and no yellow liver) in 210 cases; 85 cases of acute jaundice hepatitis , 60 males and 25 females, aged 6 to 74 years old, with an average of 26 years; 26 cases of chronic persistent hepatitis (slow moving liver); 49 cases of chronic active hepatitis (slow living liver), 40 males and 9 females , Ages 25 to 68, averaging 33
