传统的概念认为白细胞主要涉及免疫和防御机制,而红细胞的主要作用是呼吸功能。作者们提出红细胞同时也是免疫系统必需成份之一。红细胞免疫粘附作用红细胞可通过识别C3b或C4b而粘附抗原-抗体-补体复合物。免疫粘附也见于淋巴样细胞和血小板。
The traditional concept that the main white blood cells involved in immune and defense mechanisms, while the main role of red blood cells is respiratory function. The authors suggest that red blood cells are also one of the necessary components of the immune system. Erythrocyte Immune Adherence Erythrocytes adhere to the antigen-antibody-complement complex by recognizing C3b or C4b. Immune adhesion is also seen in lymphoid cells and platelets.
