新疆石河子市位于新疆首府——乌鲁木齐市以西乌伊公路150公里处。是新疆生产建设兵团50年代初在戈壁荒滩上开垦建设的一座新兴绿色城市。城市绿化复盖率达39.4％。石河子市建筑规划设计院位于石河市北三路(邮政编码832000,电话22702;22177;24806),是乙级建筑设计院,其单位性质为企业化管理的事业单位。1955年成立初为新疆兵团农八师勘测设计室。1979年划归石河子市城建局,改名为规划设计室。1986年更名为石河子市建筑规划设计院。
Xinjiang Shihezi City is located in the capital of Xinjiang, 150 kilometers west of Uyuri Highway in Urumqi. It is a newly-emerging green city built by the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps on the Gobi Desert in the early 1950s. Urban green coverage rate reached 39.4%. Shihezi City Architecture Planning and Design Institute is located in Beisan Road, Shihe City (Zip code 832000, telephone 22702; 22177; 24806). It is a Class B architectural design institute and its unit nature is a business management unit. At the beginning of its establishment in 1955, it was a reconnaissance and design office for the Xinjiang BINGTUAN Agricultural Eighth Division. In 1979, it was placed under the Urban Construction Bureau of Shihezi City and renamed the Planning and Design Office. In 1986, it was renamed Shihezi Architecture Planning and Design Institute.
