座位对班级精神,学生学习风貌有着重要的影响。班主任想通过调座位,整顿教室的违纪团伙,营造班级的安静氛围,学生希望能有更好的学习环境。但是结果往往不满意,学生认为别人的位置总是比自己的好,老师觉得有些同学放在哪里都不合适。座位承载了太多人的期盼,成为班主任最头痛的事情。因此,在无法满足所有要求的情况下,班主任做一些必要的心理前奏以及相应的安抚善后工作,帮助学生和老师达到最大限度的共识,减少班内不团结的因素,以取得事半功倍的效果。
Seats on the class spirit, student learning style has an important influence. The class teacher wants to adjust the seat, rectify the violent discipline of the classroom, to create a quiet atmosphere of the class, students hope to have a better learning environment. But the results are often not satisfied, the students think others are always better than their own position, the teacher felt that some students put where inappropriate. Seat bearing the expectations of too many people, as head teacher the most troublesome thing. Therefore, if all the requirements can not be met, the teacher should make the necessary psychological preconditions and corresponding reassurance efforts to help students and teachers reach a maximum consensus and reduce the disunity in the classroom so as to achieve a multiplier effect.
