我喜欢煲汤。置身厨房,得心应手地将汤品的主料、配料一一操办,旺火、微火……咕嘟咕嘟,热气腾腾。煲罐发出欢快的声音,材料贪婪地吸收着汤的滋养,又将自身的营养成分慢慢溶解其中,轻盈美妙的香气无孔不入地在房间里渗透,空气中因为有了靓汤的味道而增添了一种说不出的甜蜜——真好!厨房里,有大大小小十几只煲汤的罐子。最大的一只如大号铁皮桶,过年的时候用来吊高汤;最小的一只仅有手掌大小,红豆炖百合再好不过了。有一只形状怪异的龙角瓦罐,是去云南出差时,从一个佤族同胞手上买来的,硕大的罐身,两只龙角看上去叫人害怕,但用它煲出来的汤,味道真是鲜美无比。还有一排宽口玻璃盅,放着煲汤的配料:瑶柱、枸杞、带子、香菌、干贝、海云……林林总总不下几十种。
