报告1982年3月～1986年3月Meniere’s病手术治疗70例。提出Meniere’s病的治疗应以内科治疗为主,内科治疗失败再行手术治疗。首选的方法应为合乎生理的内淋巴囊造口引流术,手术失败可行迷路切除术或前庭神经切断术。本文对各种手术方式和疗效评价标准进行了讨论。
Report March 1982 ~ March 1986 Meniere’s disease surgical treatment of 70 cases. Meniere’s disease proposed that the treatment should be the main medical treatment, medical treatment failed again surgery. The preferred method should be physiologic endolymphatic sac ostomy, failed laparotomy or vestibular nerve resection. This article discusses a variety of surgical methods and evaluation criteria for efficacy.
