“思绪不停,创新不断,脚步不止。”说起王静,有同事如是评价。自2008年初担任常德市桃源县安监局局长以来,王静和全县安监人员一起,成功探索建立了安全生产监管常态化、规范化、长效化管理机制,将桃源从一个事故多发频发的安全生产重灾区、省级重点挂牌整治县改造成了全省“安全生产先进县”“安全生产示范县”。一组数据可以直观地体现这几年间的变化:桃源县事故起数从2007年的252起下降到了2015年的60起,死亡人数从37人下降到了4人,连续5年实现较大生产安全事故
