组织工程技术为器官重建带来了希望,然而,宿主对支架材料的免疫排斥和炎症反应带来的纤维化和细胞在支架材料内部的增殖状态,仍是亟待解决的问题.细胞层片移植使用特定的方法获得保留了完整细胞外基质的细胞层片,不需支架材料,通过相同或不同的细胞层片相互层叠,获得全细胞的三维组织,克服了传统组织工程支架材料降解的限制,具有良好的应用前景.
