目的:建立一种快速、准确测定生活饮用水中7种挥发性卤代烃的方法。方法:采用DB-624毛细管柱、顶空气相色谱法测定生活饮用水中三氯甲烷、四氯化碳、三氯乙烯、二氯一溴甲烷、四氯乙烯、一氯二溴甲烷及三溴甲烷。结果:在所选择的实验条件下,7种挥发性卤代烃的平均回收率在92.5%~102%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.20%~4.61%,检出限为0.01μg/L~1.00μg/L。结论:所建立的分析方法灵敏、简便、快速、准确,可同时测定生活饮用水中的7种挥发性卤代烃。
Objective: To establish a rapid and accurate method for determination of 7 volatile halogenated hydrocarbons in drinking water. Methods: Determination of trichloromethane, carbon tetrachloride, trichlorethylene, dichlorobromomethane, tetrachlorethylene, chlorodibromomethane and tribromomethane in domestic drinking water by DB-624 capillary column and headspace gas chromatography. Results: Under the selected experimental conditions, the average recoveries of seven volatile halohydrocarbons ranged from 92.5% to 102% with relative standard deviations (RSDs) from 1.20% to 4.61% with a detection limit of 0.01 μg / L ~ 1.00μg / L. Conclusion: The established analytical method is sensitive, simple, rapid and accurate. It can simultaneously determine seven kinds of volatile halogenated hydrocarbons in drinking water.
