介绍一种以AT89C52单片机为核心的同位素物料流量仪的软硬件设计.该系统根据射线穿过物料后强度衰减的原理,对皮带输送机上的物料进行在线非接触动态计量和控制.通过RS232串行通讯接口与上位机交换数据,数据处理采用查表和线性插值相结合的方法计算常用对数.分段线性插值方法校正流量的非线性.研制的仪表具有参数设置、模拟运行、打印、联网及模拟信号输出等功能.
This paper introduces the hardware and software design of an isotope flowmeter with AT89C52 as the core.The system conducts on-line non-contact dynamic measurement and control of the material on the belt conveyor according to the principle of intensity attenuation after the ray passes through the material.Through RS232 serial Communication interface and host computer to exchange data, the data processing uses the combination of look-up table and linear interpolation to calculate the common logarithm.Partial linear interpolation method is used to correct the nonlinearity of the flow.The developed instrument has parameter setting, simulation operation, printing, networking and Analog signal output and other functions.
