Objective To investigate the effect of continuous nursing intervention on the recovery function of hip joint after total hip arthroplasty and its nursing effect. Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty from April 2013 to April 2014 in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and experimental group with 60 patients in each group. CONTINUOUS CARE BASED ON CONTINUATION, CONVENTIONAL NURSING IN PATIENTS IN COMPARATIVE GROUP, HARRIS RATIO AND NURSING SATISFACTION OF Hip Joint Recovery at 1, 3, and 6 Months after Patient Discharge. Results One month after discharge, there was no significant difference in HARRIS score between the two groups. The HARRIS score of patients at 3 and 6 months after discharge was higher than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was also higher than that of the control group Significance (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The continuous nursing intervention can restore the function of hip joint in patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty and prevent and control the complication. It is the patient’s return to normal life, quality of life and satisfaction with nursing.
