目的　评估新标准克痛宁的长期毒性。　方法　以较高剂量新标准克痛宁连续 4 5天给 Beagle犬注射 ,检测用药期及停药后的各项生理学指标 ,并对脏器进行病理学检验。　结果　高低剂量组与对照组的各项检测指标均无明显差异。　结论　新标准克痛宁对狗无长期毒性 Purpose To assess the long-term toxicity of the new standard, Ke Tong Ning. Methods Beagle dogs were injected with a new high dose of Ketongning for 45 consecutive days. The physiological indexes of the Beagle dogs were tested and the pathological changes of the organs were detected. Results There was no significant difference between the high and low dose groups and the control group. Conclusion The new standard Ke Tong Ning no long-term toxicity to dogs
