目的:探讨应用髂腹股沟轴形皮瓣联合任意皮瓣修复手及腕前臂高压电烧伤创面。方法:11例病人手部与腕前臂部高压电烧伤,且二个部位的创面相互不连接。采用髂腹股沟轴形皮瓣联合同侧腹部任意皮瓣修复创面。早期作功能锻炼。结果:11例病人创面均一期愈合,保存了部分手功能。结论:髂腹股沟轴形皮瓣联合同侧腹部任意皮瓣修复手及腕前臂高压电烧伤创面方法简单、可靠,利于手功能的恢复。
Objective: To explore the application of iliooroidal axial skin flap combined with an arbitrary skin flap to repair wounds of high voltage electric burns on the wrist and forearm. METHODS: Eleven patients underwent high-voltage electric burn on the wrist and forearm, and the wounds of the two sites were not connected to each other. The ilioinguinal axial skin flap combined with ipsilateral abdominal arbitrary flap repair wound. Early for functional exercise. Results: The wounds of 11 patients were healed in one time, and some hand functions were preserved. CONCLUSION: The ilio-groin axial skin flap combined with the ipsilateral abdominal flap can repair the wound of high voltage electric burns of the hand and wrist forearm is simple and reliable, which is conducive to the recovery of hand function.
