《劳动合同法》实施半年来,在社会上引起很大反响,对保护广大职工的合法权益,规范我国劳动力市场健康有序发展,提供了强有力的保障。福建省军区所属事业单位的临时用工,尤其是军队实行社会化保障后,许多后勤保障岗位招聘录用地方的人员,同样面临依法规范用工的需要,因此,在推行实施过程中,在各级领导的高度重视下,福建省军区发挥人民军队迎难而上的勇敢作风,本着立足军营,贴近职工的理念,不等不靠,不规避隐瞒问题和矛盾,在很短的时间内,不仅解决了原有职工久拖未决的问题,还与新近录用的员工及时签订劳动合同,签约率达到98%,很好地确保了法规在军营顺利的实行。
