0 前言 铅球是高等学校体育教学大纲必修教材之一,也是《国家体育锻炼标准》的主要项目。如何提高男生铅球教学质量,提高学生铅球运动成绩是体育教学一直探讨的问题。在教学中尽管对铅球技术动作进行分析,从理论上阐述了背向滑步推铅球技术的优越性,放球部位,出手角度和全身协调用力以及最后用力的爆发式拨球等,但是学生还是凭力量推铅球,不能合理地运用技术动作。在教学中常常出现这样一些现象:①怕弄脏衣服领,而未正确放置球。②背向滑步技术动作不协调。因素质差,背向推铅球的成绩不如侧向滑步甚至不如原地推铅球的成绩好。③学生常问球的出手方向。从我院体育教学现有条件是缺乏这些检测手段的,带着这个问题,我们运用正交试验设计的方法,对我院男生铅球教学进行定量模式分析,为体育教学提供考参。
0 Preface Shot putting is one of the compulsory teaching materials for physical education syllabus of colleges and universities, and also the main item of “National Physical Training Standard”. How to improve the teaching quality of the boys’ shot put and how to improve the student’s shot performance are the problems that the PE teaching has been discussing. In the course of teaching, although the analysis of the shot-put technique is analyzed, the superiority of the back-slide shot-putting technique is expounded in theory, and the ball-striking position, the shot angle and the coordination force of the whole body, With the strength of the shot, can not reasonably use the technical action. In teaching there are often such phenomena: ① fear of getting dirty collar, but not properly placed the ball. ② back sliding technology is not coordinated action. Due to poor quality, back-to-the-wall score is not as good as the lateral glide shot even better than the original score. ③ students often ask the ball shot direction. With the current condition of physical education in our college, the lack of these means of detection, with this problem, we use the method of orthogonal experiment design to analyze the quantitative model of the shot put teaching in our college and provide the test for physical education.
