为了探讨高原红细胞增多症(HAPC)红细胞变形能力及脂质过氧化改变对尿蛋白和肾功能的影响,我们观测了海拔3300米地区38例HAPC和同一海拔地区健康对照组48例的上述项目参数,现将结果报告如下。一、对象和方法 1.观察对象:居住在海拔3300米的青海刚察县居民。按Hb,Hct及症状,体征等指标分为:(1)HAPC组:诊断标准为Hb≥200g/L,Hct≥0.65,在高原发病,共38例,男31例,女7例,Hb为213.93±12.75g/L,Hct0.65±0.05,年龄39.66±10.0岁(25~52岁),其中世居13例,移居25例。(2)健康对照组(简称对照组):随机调查48例,男37例,女11例,Hb为143.47±15.89g/L,Hct为0.52±0.05,年龄37.33±8.64岁(24~48岁),排除了各型高原病,心肺肾疾患及其它疾
