人类生活在一个对话的世界里。任何人的观点、主张、思想都是通过对话交流得以沟通、理解和升华,由此,人的个性、主体性、平等性和差异性才得以尊重、承认与彰显。对话的实质是让学生在某种情境中独立的去发现问题,建构知识体系。要真正把新课程理念贯穿于教学实践,我们必须改变单一的独白型师生关系,改正只注重知识传授而忽视能力形成的教学缺陷,建立真正平等和谐的对话型师生关系。
Humans live in a world of dialogue. Anyone’s views, ideas, and ideas are communicated, understood, and sublimated through dialogue and communication. Therefore, the individual’s personality, subjectivity, equality, and difference are respected, recognized, and manifested. The essence of the dialogue is to allow students to find problems independently in a certain situation and build a knowledge system. In order to truly incorporate the new curriculum concepts into teaching practice, we must change the single monologue teacher-student relationship, correct the teaching defects that only focus on knowledge transfer and ignore the formation of ability, and establish truly equal and harmonious dialog teacher-student relationships.
