为了研究水平浓缩煤粉燃烧器中浓、淡两股气流混合的机理,在进行了平行矩形射流速度场特性的试验研究后,对温度场特性进行了试验研究。本文阐述了喷口间距、初始剩余温度等因素对平行矩形射流温度场结构特性的影响。从而提出,通过适当加大喷口间距、提高浓缩比可以实现水平浓缩煤粉燃烧器的高效、稳燃、低污染和防结渣的功能。
In order to study the mechanism of the mixing of rich and light air in a horizontal concentrated pulverized coal burner, the characteristics of the temperature field were experimentally studied after the experimental study of the velocity field characteristics of a parallel rectangular jet. In this paper, the effects of nozzle spacing, initial residual temperature and other factors on the structural characteristics of the temperature field of a parallel rectangular jet are described. Therefore, it is suggested that the effect of high concentration, stable combustion, low pollution and anti-slagging of the horizontal concentrated pulverized coal burner can be realized by appropriately increasing the nozzle spacing and increasing the concentration ratio.
