由中华全国工商业联合会编写的中国第一部《中国民营企业发展报告》(2005年出版)蓝皮书披露,我国民营企业自我融资比例达90.5%,银行贷款仅为4.0%,非金融机构为2.6%,其他渠道为2.9%。这一权威数据表明:民营企业尤其是民营中小企业融资的主渠道仍是民间借贷。根据央行调查统计司对民间融资的调查推算,我国民间融资规模为9500亿元。其中,福建、河北等地区民间融资规模2004年分别高达450亿元和350亿元。另据权威部门保守估计,仅温州一地民间借贷的总量不下500亿元,而在经济相对欠发达的江西上饶市,2004年民间融资总量也在14亿元左右。不仅规模可观,这部分民间融资的实际运作也相当成熟有序,保持着远低于正规银行体系
The blue book “China Private Enterprise Development Report” (2005) written by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce revealed that the self-financing proportion of private enterprises in our country was 90.5%, that of bank loans was only 4.0% and that of non-financial institutions 2.6% , Other channels are 2.9%. This authoritative data shows that: private enterprises, especially private SMEs financing is still the main channel for private lending. According to the survey conducted by the Central Bank’s Investigation and Statistics Division on private financing, the scale of private financing in China is 950 billion yuan. Among them, the scale of private financing in Fujian and Hebei reached as high as 45 billion yuan and 35 billion yuan respectively in 2004. According to conservative estimates by authoritative departments, the total amount of private lending in Wenzhou alone is less than 50 billion yuan. In Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province, where the economy is relatively underdeveloped, the total amount of private financing in 2004 was also about 1.4 billion yuan. Not only the scale is substantial, but the actual operation of this part of private financing is also quite mature and orderly, far below the level of the formal banking system
