丹麦托普索甲醇合成触媒以其绝对的时空产率、产率等性能指标,一直以来位于世界同类型合成触媒的首位,具有现阶段无法替代的至高地位。但从其在中国市场的应用实践上看,明显的存在着一个突出的缺点,那就是使用寿命偏低,一般不超过2年。本文依据直接的生产数据,将从操作温度、运行负荷和操作压力等日常生产管理层面对该情况进行分析,以期找到相关具体的制约因素,并提出针对优化方法,以为以后生产管理调整的依据。
Denmark Topsøe methanol synthesis catalyst with its absolute space-time yield, yield and other performance indicators, has been located in the world’s first place with the same type of synthetic catalyst, with irreplaceable status at this stage. However, from the perspective of its application in the Chinese market, there is obviously a prominent shortcoming that the service life is low, generally not exceeding 2 years. Based on the direct production data, this article will analyze the situation from daily production management level such as operating temperature, operating load and operating pressure so as to find relevant specific constraints and propose the basis for optimizing methods to adjust for future production management.
