观察了帝安达在62例癌症疼痛和术后疼痛患者中的镇痛效果,并分别与氨酚待因片作了随机对比研究。结果表明:帝安达胶囊的镇痛有效率(CR+PR)达74.2%,其中癌痛为70%,术后痛为78.1%。缓解时间为4～5h,不良反应率34%。疗效与氨酚待因片相近(P>0.05)。
The analgesic effect of Diananda in 62 patients with cancer pain and postoperative pain was observed, and a randomized comparison study with aminophenol-treated tablets was performed. The results showed that the analgesic effective rate (CR+PR) of Di Anda capsule reached 74.2%, of which cancer pain was 70% and postoperative pain was 78.1%. The remission time was 4 to 5 hours and the adverse reaction rate was 34%. The curative effect was similar to that of aminophenols (P>0.05).
