In the early years after the founding of the People’s Republic of China, there were basically no standards in all industries in China In the 1950s, various standards of the Soviet Union were introduced one after another. With reference to use, they played a role in industrial construction. With the development of industry, the establishment of China’s national standards and departmental standards in the 1960s has played a positive role in promoting the development and quality of electrical products. In the formulation of these standards, in addition to combining the national conditions of our country, but also with reference to the then international standards, but its main content and requirements are still similar or the same as the Soviet Union. Although some standards were revised in the 1970s to supplement the content of some international standards, there is still a certain gap between them and international standards. In addition, there are many standards and industry standards in various ministries and departments in the country. Such as: a machine department has been in the implementation of electric fan standards, nearly two young industry department has also set the standard for electric fans; a machine has long traction motor standards, implementation for many years, and the Ministry of Railways is also engaged in traction motor standards. If we develop this way and go to standards, there will be no standard. A product can only have one standard and must be unified by the country.
