本文介绍一种快速、简便的血浆中甘露醇浓度比色测定法。血浆样品用三氯醋酸沉淀蛋白,上请液中的甘露醇加入高碘酸钠氧化成甲醛,再加入Nash 试剂显色,在血浆药浓0.25~2.0mg/ml范围内标准曲线有良好的线性度(r=0.9991),方法回收率为90.7~100.7%。应用本法测定了37例手术病人血浆内甘露醇浓度,从其中17例得到血药消除半衰期平均为2.93小时。
This article presents a quick and easy method for the colorimetric determination of mannitol in plasma. The plasma sample was precipitated with trichloroacetic acid, and the mannitol in the solution was added to sodium periodate for oxidation to form formaldehyde. After adding Nash reagent, the standard curve showed a good linearity in the plasma concentration range of 0.25-2.0 mg / ml Degree (r = 0.9991), the recovery rate was 90.7 ~ 100.7%. The plasma concentration of mannitol in 37 surgical patients was determined by this method. The mean elimination half-life of 17 patients was 2.93 hours.
