近年来,二师冠农绿原糖业公司通过采取“四结合”的办法,做好厂务公开工作,促进了全公司各项工作的顺利开展。一是把厂务公开与干部作风建设相结合。公开每个干部的承诺,将职工反映强烈的问题纳入到民情日记内,主动接受群众监督。二是把厂务公开与推动企业改革相结合。及时公开企业的重大改革措施、实施方案等,广泛听取职工的意见,公司采取的各项发展措施得到了职工群众的理解与支持,减少了决策的失误。
