戴维·B·赫尔茨说过,管理是由心智所驱使的唯一无处不在的人类活动。心智模式是指由于过去的经历、习惯、知识素养和价值观等形成的基本固定的思维认识方式和行为习惯。成功的管理实践,需要管理者和被管理者都具有积极改善心智模式的心态,做到既能有效地表达自己的想法,又能以开放的心态容纳别人的想法。而在这个互动过程中,管理者又起着至关重要的主导作用。
David B. Herrz has said that management is the only ubiquitous human activity driven by the mind. Mental mode refers to the basic fixed thinking mode of thinking and behavior habit formed by past experience, habit, knowledge accomplishment and values. Successful management practices require that both managers and managers have the mentality of actively improving their mental models, so as to effectively express their own ideas and to be open-minded to accommodate other people’s thoughts. In this interactive process, managers play a crucial leading role.
