采用光学显微镜(OM)和扫描电镜(SEM)等研究了电磁搅拌熔体处理对回转轴铸件组织和性能的影响。结果表明,在铸造过程中施加电磁搅拌不仅能明显细化铸坯凝固组织,改变晶粒形态,增加等轴晶率,而且还能减少铸坯缩松、夹杂、气孔等缺陷。铸坯试样经锻造正火加工处理后,与常规铸造相比,电磁搅拌处理后铸坯的晶粒更加细小均匀,屈服强度、抗拉强度、断面收缩率分别增加了7%、3.7%和26.3%,铸件组织和性能得到明显改善。
The effects of electromagnetic stirring melt treatment on the microstructure and properties of the rotary shaft castings were investigated by optical microscope (OM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the application of electromagnetic stirring in the casting process can not only significantly refine the slab solidification structure, change the grain morphology, increase the equiaxed grain rate, but also reduce the slab shrinkage, inclusions, porosity and other defects. The slab samples were forged by normalizing processing, compared with the conventional casting, the grains of the slab after electromagnetic stirring treatment were more fine and uniform, yield strength, tensile strength and reduction of area increased by 7%, 3.7% and 26.3%, casting organization and performance has been significantly improved.
