十七届六中全会提出要建设文化强国。本期《政策之》窗以“北京文化发展”为主题组织三篇文章,从不同角度探讨关于文化发展的政策问题:中央党校的专家约稿,在中央精神和北京实际相结合基础上思考北京文化发展繁荣路径;市人大常委会审议市政府“推进国家文化中心”议案办理报告的报道,则着眼长远、立足当下,梳理出北京促进文化发展的现实举措;而国内外历史文化街区有机更新模式对北京启示的专家约稿,希冀他山之石为北京的文化发展有选择的借鉴。北京文化发展是复杂的系统工程,涉及多个层面,需要政府及社会各方共同努力。本刊对此问题也将给予长期关注 The Sixth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee proposed to build a cultural power.
