研究了氮化工艺对不同材质、不同尺寸工件氮化前后尺寸变化的影响。分析了工艺、材质、尺寸等因素对工件氮化前后尺寸变化的影响规律,同时利用XRD从微观角度分析了氮化尺寸变化的机理。结果表明,工艺方法和材质是影响工件氮化后尺寸变化的主要因素,在获得相同深度的氮化层时,气体氮化处理的工件尺寸增大量要明显小于氮碳共渗,而合金钢工件的尺寸增大量要大于碳素钢。
The influence of nitriding process on the dimensional changes of the workpiece with different materials and different sizes before and after nitriding was studied. The influences of technology, material, size and other factors on the dimensional changes of the workpiece before and after nitriding were analyzed. The mechanism of the size change of nitrided nitrides was analyzed by using XRD. The results show that the method and material are the main factors that affect the dimensional change of the workpiece after nitriding. When obtaining the nitride layer with the same depth, the increase of the size of the workpiece by gas nitriding is obviously smaller than that of nitrocarburizing. Increase the size of the larger than carbon steel.
