在分析体操教学中影响学生情绪形成诸多因素的基础上,对体操教学中情绪的调节与控制进行了初步的探索,提出了一些克服消极情绪,提高积极情绪的方法和手段。
Based on the analysis of many factors that affect the emotional formation of students in gymnastic teaching, the author first explores the regulation and control of emotions in gymnastic teaching and puts forward some methods and means to overcome negative emotions and improve positive emotions.
