应用不同剂量率、不同剂量的~(60)Co-γ射线照射健康成人外周静脉血,培养72h后观察淋巴细胞微核率、微核细胞率以及含不同数目微核的各类微核细胞的出现几率。主要结论如下:(1)微核率、微核细胞率的剂量效应关系均为二次多项式,高剂量下需引进指数项修正;(2)由于剂量率的影响,利用微核剂量效应曲线估算得到的剂量值,存在较大的不确定度,尤其进行低剂量估算时更明显;(3)利用各类多微核细胞出现的剂量阈值和剂量率阈值的不同,可粗略估算受照剂量和剂量率范围,并可减小剂量估算的不确定度。
