为了提高钢板侧喷标识的喷印质量,对现有的侧喷控制系统进行了研究和升级。其控制系统主要由PLC、上位机、以及喷码机组成。PLC的程序设计采用了顺控的设计方法,完成机架、喷头移动,底漆喷涂等动作的配合运动。上位机通过串口通讯向喷码机传递喷印信息。针对钢板放置歪斜,而导致侧喷头被撞的问题,提出了1种防撞的设计。改造调试后,该侧喷标识系统打印内容准确,字迹清楚,工作稳定。
In order to improve the printing quality of the side-marking of steel plate, the existing side-spray control system was studied and upgraded. The control system consists of PLC, PC, and Pen Maji. PLC programming uses a sequence of control design, complete rack, nozzle movement, primer coating and other activities with the movement. PC through the serial communication to the printer to send jet printing information. Aiming at the problem that the steel plate is placed askew and the side nozzle is hit, a collision avoidance design is proposed. After the transformation and debugging, the lateral spray marking system has the accurate printing content, clear writing and stable work.
