随着社会的不断发展,我国的住房制度也在不断地深化改革。直管公房,是一种国有资产管理的特殊形式。所谓直管公房,就是指解放初期,根据国家政策确定为国有资产交由县级房地产管理部门进行直接管理经营的国有房产。建立完善的住房保障体系,充分发挥出直管公房的作用,是住房制度深化改革的要求。本文将针对直管公房管理的不足进行分析,并提出合理建议。
With the continuous development of society, China’s housing system is also constantly deepening reform. Direct public housing, is a special form of state-owned assets management. The so-called straight-line public housing refers to the early liberation, according to state policies identified as state-owned assets by the county-level real estate management department for direct management of state-owned real estate. Establish a perfect housing security system, give full play to the role of direct management of public housing, the housing system is to deepen the reform requirements. This article will analyze the shortcomings of direct management of public housing, and put forward reasonable suggestions.
