硫酸是一种有毒的大气污染物。以前研究认为,它可引起肺巨噬细胞数目的改变,抑制粘液纤毛颤动。关于硫酸气溶胶对肥大细胞功能的影响了解很少。本研究对此进行了探讨。作者以雄性Hartley豚鼠(8周龄)为实验对象,每组3～4只。分别以0.3、1.0、3.2mg/m~3的硫酸气溶胶或1.95 mg/m~3的二氧化氮连续染毒2周或4周。染毒后,注射戊巴比妥钠(50mg/kg体重)麻醉,然后进行剖检。用生理盐水经右心室灌注肺脏,并把肺脏切成细小的碎片。放在Hank氏平衡液(HBSS)中温育90min后,离心5min。取其中的有形成分悬浮于Hank氏液中,然后使其通过尼龙、羊毛桩,并离心5min。再取有形成分悬浮于HepesTyrode液中。用阿尔新蓝—番红(Alcian blue— Sulfuric acid is a toxic air pollutant. This study explores this. The authors used male Hartley guinea pigs (8 weeks old) as experimental subjects, 3 to 4 in each group. Respectively 0.3, 1.0, 3.2mg / m ~ 3 aerosols or 1.95 mg / m ~ 3 of nitrogen dioxide continuous exposure for 2 weeks or 4 weeks. After exposure, sodium pentobarbital (50 mg / kg body weight) was anesthetized and then dissected. The lungs are infused with normal saline through the right ventricle and the lungs are cut into small pieces. After incubation in Hanks’ Equilibrium Fluid (HBSS) for 90 min, they were centrifuged for 5 min. The tangible components were suspended in Hank’s solution and then passed through a nylon, wool pile and centrifuged for 5 min. Tectonic fractions were then resuspended in HepesTyrode solution. Using Alcian blue-
