春耕生产最紧张的季节已经到来了,这是一年农业生产最重要的关键,同时也是与工业生产有密切关联的季节。因此各地从现在起必须把工作中心转移到春耕生产上面来。本来从今年二月间以来,我们就号召加强春耕生产领导,我们所做的工作,如剿匪、反霸、减租退租、救灾、治水及公布各种政策以稳定各阶层生产情绪等,这些都是为春耕生产作准备的。但应该知道,春耕到来,又有其独特工作。要求我们领导广大群众来开展一个春耕生产运动。因此各地政府机关与人民团体应把这一运动成为压倒一切的中心任务,应把它摆到议事日程的第一位。要坚决纠正与防止认为群众自己懂得生产,用不着我们领导及认为新区群众无基础,春耕运动不可能开展等等的错误想法。 The most tense season for spring plowing has arrived, which is the most important key to agricultural production in a year and is also a season closely linked to industrial production. These are All are prepared for spring production. However, we should know that spring plowing has its unique work. We are required to lead the broad masses to carry out a spring plowing campaign. Therefore, all local government agencies and people’s organizations should make this movement an overriding central task and put it at the top of the agenda. It is necessary to resolutely correct and prevent the mistaken idea that the masses themselves know how to produce, they do not need our leadership and think there is no basis for the masses in the New Area, and the spring plowing campaign can not be carried out.
