目的:探讨低年资护士护患语言与社会交往现状及影响因素,为保证和维持良好的护患关系提供依据。方法:本研究为横断面研究。于2020年8—10月,采用便利抽样法选取河南省3所三级甲等医院687名低年资护士为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表、护患语言与社会交往问卷、护士临床沟通能力量表、情绪智力量表、护理组织氛围量表进行调查,用结构方程分析低年资护士护患语言与社会交往的影响因素。共回收问卷687份,有效问卷649份,有效率为94.47%。结果:649名低年资护士护患语言与社会交往频率得分为(80.21±18.67)分,临床沟通能力量表得分为(226.83±32.39)分,情绪智力量表得分为(131.42±20.56)分,护理组织氛围量表得分为(87.47±10.81)分;结构方程模型显示,临床沟通能力、情绪智力、护理组织氛围对护患语言和社会交往有直接效应(效应值为0.45、0.34、0.31),情绪智力和护理组织氛围可以通过影响临床沟通能力对护患语言和社会交往产生间接影响(效应值为0.17、0.13)。结论:低年资护士护患语言与社会交往受临床沟通能力、情绪智力、护理组织氛围的直接或间接影响。护理管理者可通过营造关怀性组织氛围、提升低年资护士情绪智力,提升临床沟通能力,最终达到促进护患语言与社会交往的目的。“,”Objective:To explore the current situation and influencing factors of nurse-patient language and social interaction among junior nurses, in order to provide evidence for ensuring and maintaining good nurse-patient relationship.Methods:This study was a cross-sectional study. From August to October 2020, the convenient sampling method selected 687 junior nurses from 3 Class ⅢGrade A hospitals in Henan Province as the research objects. General Data Questionnaire, Nurse-Patient Language and Social Interaction Questionnaire, Nurses\' Clinical Communication Ability Scale, Emotional Intelligence Scale and Nursing Organization Climate Scale were used to investigate. Structural equation was used to analyze the influencing factors of nurse-patient language and social interaction among junior nurses. A total of 687 questionnaires were collected, of which 649 were valid, with effective rate of 94.47%.Results:The scores of nurse-patient language and frequency of social interaction, Clinical Communication Ability Scale, Emotional Intelligence Scale and Nursing Organization Climate Scale for 649 junior nurses were respectively (80.21±18.67), (226.83±32.39), (131.42±20.56) and (87.47±10.81). The structural equation model showed that clinical communication ability, emotional intelligence and nursing organization climate had direct effects on nurse-patient language and social interaction (effect values=0.45, 0.34, 0.31). Emotional intelligence and nursing organization climate could have an indirect effect on nurse-patient language and social communication by affecting clinical communication skills (effect values=0.17, 0.13) .Conclusions:The language and social interactions of junior nurses are directly or indirectly affected by clinical communication skills, emotional intelligence and nursing organization climate. Nursing managers can create a caring organizational climate, improve the emotional intelligence of junior nurses and improve clinical communication skills, ultimately achieving the goal of promoting nurse-patient language and social interactions.
