利用改良的Franz扩散池和离体小鼠皮肤,以增渗倍数和迟滞时间为考察指标,考察不同浓度的促渗剂(月桂氮(?)酮、油酸、冰片、薄荷醇和吐温-80)对巴布剂中双氯芬酸钠体外透皮的影响。结果表明,与不加促渗剂的空白对照组相比,加入1%月桂氮(?)酮、3%油酸、1%冰片、3%薄荷醇和1%吐温-80的巴布剂中双氯芬酸钠的增渗倍数分别为1.26、2.99、3.10、3.31和0.94,迟滞时间分别为3.30、0.33、0.15、0.04和1.25h。可见,1%吐温-80无明显促渗作用,油酸、冰片和薄荷醇的促渗效果比月桂氮(?)酮更显著,且迟滞时间明显缩短。
Using modified Franz diffusion cell and in vitro mouse skin, the effects of different concentrations of penetration enhancers (laurin, oleic acid, borneol, menthol and Tween-80 ) On the penetration of diclofenac sodium in poultices in vitro. Visible, 1% Tween -80 no significant role in promoting seepage, oleic acid, borneol and menthol enhances the effect than lauryl nitrogen (?) Ketone more significant, and significantly reduced lag time.
