随着建筑物越来越复杂。传统的管线排布问题成了困扰设计和施工的难题,BIM(建筑信息模型)利用计算机技术建立三维模型,并且对建筑物进行数字化管理。本文首先对以二维管线排布的缺点进行过分析,通过分析BIM在国内应用的成功案例,笔者通过某办公楼的管线分析实例探讨BIM在管线综合中的作用。
As buildings get more and more complex. The traditional pipeline layout has become a problem that plagues design and construction. BIM (Building Information Modeling) uses computer technology to build 3D models and digitally manage buildings. This paper first analyzes the shortcomings of two-dimensional pipeline arrangement. By analyzing the successful cases of BIM application in China, the author explores the role of BIM in pipeline synthesis through pipeline analysis examples of an office building.
